As said in the title and shown in the screenshots, the line breaks when I add two columns to the page, it only goes to half of the page, and there is no way to make it the same length as the other lines
Is there any way to fix this other than painting a line?

Do I understand correctly that the lines are added as borders for the paragraph?
yes, I select both columns and use ‘‘bottom border’’, but i guess it identifies that the text ends on the second column and the border only appears under that second column.
Yes, this behavior is expected, because it breaks one paragraph into two or more columns, but the end of this paragraph will always be in the end, which is the bottom of the last column.
