On my second PC (based on Windows 10), it’s working fine.

Could you please take a look at that? If you need any additional information please let me know.

Hello @dedoci

Please let me know that update was performed and how the app was installed initially.
Generally, you can try re-installing the app to see if this fixes the issue.

Reinstalling unfortunately didn’t fixed the issue. Regarding your questions, the app was installed using “Online Installer” from your website. When it comes to update method, I am using “Auto” updates.

Thank you for the information. Please try inspecting the items, for that right-click, for instance, Home section and in context menu click Inspect Element. It will open devtoos, please check if there are any errors in Console tab.

To be able to open devtools you need to run Desktop Editors in debug mode, please refer to this article to find out how to do that:

Hello @Constantine,

Is this enough?

Thank you. Is it possible to install Desktop Editors via separate installer rather then online installer?

Sorry, for reaching so late. I completely forgot about that.

I tried both version (on 9.0 and 9.1) and it’s always the same (no icons), but on second device it’s working fine, so definitely it’s not related to all devices.

Did you have a chance to download MSI installer and re-install Desktop Editors? It is possible that some CSS file did not compile correctly. To make sure, I’d recommend removing Desktop Editors, clearing installation folder and then installing again with MSI installer.

Hello Constantine,

Thank You for your reply, I tried following approach but it didn’t resolved the issue in my case:

  1. Uninstalling the OnlyOffice app
  2. Deleting the program files: C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE
  3. Installing using MSI installer from official webpage

I’m sorry, I forgot to mention that there is also a temp folder in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ONLYOFFICE. Please try deleting this folder too and then reinstalling.

I tried that, and it didn’t help either. I think we can ignore it for now, since no one seems to be having similar issue.

That is indeed quite non-standard issue, haven’t seen anything like that besides this topic. If you feel leaving it for now, sure, I’ll keep topic open.
