How did you edit the document, did you save the changes manually, and at what exact moment did the text disappear?
Did the issue happen with one specific file only, or with other documents as well?
Whether the document was stored locally on the iPad or opened from a cloud storage/service?
Please also let us know which version of the ONLYOFFICE app you are using on your iPad.
