Installation stuck at "Installing plugins" – Will DocSpace still work?

My OnlyOffice DocSpace install is stuck at “Installing plugins, please wait…”.

1. If this step fails, can DocSpace still function?

2. Is reinstalling necessary?

Did you see a message confirming that ONLYOFFICE DocSpace was installed correctly?

Hi, sure. I have finished the installation successfully. I tried to stop the process but found it not work. Then I cleared all and installed again, leaving it for one night. Then it finished successfully. I guess it’s just a too slow connection issue and we need patience.

Yes, DocSpace is now fully functional. The only minor issue is that the initial loading takes some time when first opening it in a browser. Additionally, my current version is v3.1.1.

Glad that the issue has been resolved. The initial loading is slower than subsequent ones due to the downloading of fonts and scripts. After that, they are cached, so the loading becomes faster
