Install OnlyOffice Document Service offline on Windows Server 2019. After installing the offline dependency packages, an error occurs during service installation with a connection failure, as shown in the figure below:

Glad to hear the installation is working now!

For the plugins — simply copy the plugin folders into your sdkjs-plugins directory:

D:\...\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\sdkjs-plugins\

After copying, restart the server for the plugins to appear.
