The paragraphs in the screenshot are justified; changing them to left alignment makes the spacebar width consistent in OnlyOffice. I believe this is a bug.

Could you please clarify whether the issue is reproduced with any font or only with a particular one? If it occurs only with a specific font, please let us know its name. If this is a custom font, please attach the font file as well.
Also, please check whether the behavior is reproduced in a newly created document using the same text and font, or only in the original document.
Once we have these details, we will investigate the rendering difference.
