Could you please clarify — are you using ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors?
Currently, unsaved documents are indicated by an asterisk (*) in the tab title.

Could you share a screenshot of what you have in mind?
Do you refer to Recent files section on the main screen of Desktop Editors for an additional indication and separate save button?

This will help us better understand the expected behavior.
