We are reaching out to thank you for being part of the ONLYOFFICE Workspace community. Your trust and loyalty mean a lot to us — you’ve helped shape what ONLYOFFICE is today. As we look ahead, we’ve decided to focus on what matters most — documents. That’s why our main product going forward will be ONLYOFFICE DocSpace, a new generation platform built to make working with documents more secure, intelligent, and enjoyable than ever.

With this shift, ONLYOFFICE Workspace will be discontinued in 2026.

We’d love to invite you to move to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Cloud. We'll guide you through the entire process to ensure a seamless transition.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Create a new DocSpace portal;

Please create a new DocSpace Cloud at the following link:

  1. Back up your current portal;

Once your DocSpace is ready, go to your Workspace portal’s settings and create data backup (Portal Configuration. Getting Started) (Mail module excluded): Settings > Data Management > Backup > Data backup > Temporary. Download the backup .tar.gz file to your PC’s local drive.

  1. Import your backup;

Then, you will be able to upload your backup file to restore all your data in DocSpace Settings > Data import. You can consult the migration instruction with all details at the following link: Migrating ONLYOFFICE Workspace data to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace
