As we look ahead, we’ve decided to focus on what matters most — documents. That’s why our main product going forward will be ONLYOFFICE DocSpace, a new generation platform built to make working with documents more secure, intelligent, and enjoyable than ever.
With this shift, ONLYOFFICE Workspace will be discontinued in 2026.

Here’s what to do:
- Create a new DocSpace portal;
Please create a new DocSpace Cloud at the following link:

- Back up your current portal;
Once your DocSpace is ready, go to your Workspace portal’s settings and create data backup (Portal Configuration. Getting Started) (Mail module excluded): Settings > Data Management > Backup > Data backup > Temporary. Download the backup .tar.gz file to your PC’s local drive.
- Import your backup;
Then, you will be able to upload your backup file to restore all your data in DocSpace Settings > Data import. You can consult the migration instruction with all details at the following link: Migrating ONLYOFFICE Workspace data to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace
