I have created a form for the public to fill in but when I run the test it didn’t work. I have filled all the mandatory fields and when I click on “Submit” it didn’t work and the following mention appeared: “Please fill in all the mandatory fields”.
Could you kindly help sort this out?

Let’s start from scratch. Please record video file with your exact actions of Room and file creations. Once it done, please reproduce the test and share the link.

Thank you for the video file. It seems to be expected behavior if you’re using some templates that require all fields to be completed, for example, ‘Agreement template’:
Please follow the hint: “Please fill in all the mandatory fields” and check if any fields are missing.

Thank you for your reply. I am not sure to understand as I have completed all the mandatory field as you can see in the video. Or did I miss a field? If this is the case, would you kindly explain me which field is missing?

The missed fields should be highlighted. Could you please share your file? Have you created it by yourself or have you used one of our templates?

Probably, we found the issue. Some fields require a strict number of digits to be filled out. For example, the ‘Code postal’ field in your file. I mean if you fill it out with 8 digits instead of the expected 9 digits, the submit button won’t unlock.
Please double-check your final file and pay attention to such fields. If you still face the issue, please send us the final file that you can’t submit, and we will check it out.

Thank you for your reply. I have modified the postal code field and few others but it turns out I still have the same issue.
Would it be possible for you to give me the exact list of the fields that I need to modify in order to be able to sign the document please?

Yes, this is postal code again. Here’s video file for your reference. This field expects 9 digits.
We are going to change the current behavior and show proper notification in case of field needs to be correctly filled out. I will update this thread once we implement it.
