@Alexandre, I’ve downloaded and updated to version 9.4.0.129(x64 exe) and tried the same test file as before.
I’m pleased to report the first three hyperlinks now are imported correctly and work as expected even though it is still appending the prefix of “file:///”
However the last two for the doc and pdf are still incorrectly imported and don’t work. In these two cases, the previous “file://” prefix has disappeared.
Attached are screenshots that show the URL of each hyperlink translated by onlyoffice.

Thank you for this feedback; we are also closely monitoring the issue, as we are encountering the same problem in our organization.
The problem has been going on for over a year; can we hope for a quick solution ?
