'm using OnlyOffice DocBuilder Java SDK to programmatically create documents with images. I have two issues:
Auto-height based on aspect ratio: When inserting an image with CreateImage, I want to specify only the width and have the height automatically calculated based on the image’s original aspect ratio. Is this possible, or do I need to manually calculate and provide both dimensions?
Local file path not recognized: I’m passing a local file path to the image, but it doesn’t appear in the generated document.
Questions:
Do I need to convert local images to base64 or URL format?
What’s the recommended approach for loading images from the local filesystem in DocBuilder?

I understand. I wanted to clarify that this question was posted before my inquiry on Zendesk received a response. Currently, the discussion is ongoing on that platform, and we are continuing the process there.
Totally agree — if you have a license and can use Zendesk, the support team there can respond much faster. Here on the forum, we do our best, but it’s not always instant.
