How to install plugin

Dear All,

After I clicked install, it looks like going to installation. However, I cannot see the plugin on the pannel. How to fix it?

Hello @ownzhao, what particular plugin are you referring to?

Dear DmitriiV,

I want to install the AI plugin. BTW, I cannot update or install any plugins also.

What is the OS on which the issue is reproduced?
Have you tried reinstalling the application itself?

I have the same issue: plugin manager pops up, kind of become unresponsive when I click “Install” (for any plugin), but the plugin never shows up in the plugin panel.

I’d like to install the OCR plugin, to no avail.
I tried to install many plugins, and the behavior is always the same.

I can’t “update” them, because they are not installed.

Tried to install/resintall ONLYOFFICE via winget and the official binary.

ONLYOFFICE latest desktop version available.
Windows 11 23H3

Could you please check if other plugin installation methods work? Adding plugins | ONLYOFFICE

If you’d be kind enough to procure the githuib pages or direct URL to plugins, I’ll try it, but it’s not that easy to find plugins URL…

With latest ONLYOFFICE update (9.0.3.29), issue is still present (can’t install any plugin) on my Windows 11 23H3.

Sorry for the delayed response. Here you can find all the available plugins - please check if it could be installed this way.
Here is the link for OCR plugin in paticular - onlyoffice.github.io/sdkjs-plugins/content/ocr at master · ONLYOFFICE/onlyoffice.github.io · GitHub

Ok, so I was able to download the ocr.plugin file and install it “manually”.
And it stuck with relaunching the software.

But still can’t use the plugin manager to install plugins…

Latest version (9.0.4.50) installed, bug still present.

We suggest the following: try completely uninstalling our desktop application, including clearing all user and residual data.

To do this on Windows:

  1. Uninstall our application. During the uninstallation process, check the box that says “Clear all user settings and application cache.”
  2. Go to the folder where the application was installed—by default, this is “C:\Program Files”—and delete the “ONLYOFFICE” folder (if it’s still there).
  3. Go to “C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local” and delete the “ONLYOFFICE” folder.

These steps will completely remove our editor from the computer and erase all user settings.

After that, install the latest version of our editor once again. Check if the issue persists and share with us
