How to import a document?

Hello,

I’ve just downloaded the Docs app of Only Office on my MacBook, and for some reason, it won’t let me import documents?

Im not sure if I’m doing something wrong, please let me know if I’m supposed to try something else. I also tried open file, but it didn’t work either.

I don’t know if it has something to do with the app being compatible to iPads instead of Mac, not sure.

Thanks for the report — it looks like you may have installed ONLYOFFICE Documents from the App Store, which is our iPhone/iPad app. It runs on Apple Silicon Macs, but it isn’t made for macOS, so opening local files may not work as expected.

For a Mac, we’d suggest ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors instead. You can get it here: ONLYOFFICE desktop and mobile apps | ONLYOFFICE
