How to add port in Editor.bin get request?

Now, I have Editor.bin request like http://IP/cache/files/data/***&filename=Editor.bin, Is there any way to add a port number to this link? like http://IP:port/cache/files/data/***&filename=Editor.bin

Do you host Document Server on a custom port? In general, the address of your Document Server is used by backend services, meaning that it will be seen for all requests and resource files in network.
