Footnote settings affect the wrong section if applied when several sections exist

Hi! I’ve found a bug (likely) regarding footnote settings. To reproduce create the document like this:

First footnote[1].
Second footnote[2].

::: Section break (Next page) :::

Third footnote[3].
Forth footnote[4].

[{{number}}] denotes a place where {{nummber}}th footnote is inserted.

Then place your cursor inside the first section and go to Note settings and change numbering style to another one (from default). And you’ll see no changes in the first section regarding notes numbering, but in the second one. If there are more sections the changes will be still applied to the last one (assuming all of them are separated with Section break (Next page)).

Which is odd (to me) as I expected the opposite: where I place cursor in to denote the current section I expect Note settings to be applied to.
