I’d like to report a bug in DocSpace. Previously, I was able to open any type of file (docs, sheets, presentations) without any problem (same OS, same browser).
Yesterday and today, I couldn’t open any of them. I saw a topic reporting an error message “couldn’t open”, but I don’t have that. I click, double click, right-click then modify, but nothing happens. I did no configuration modification in the mean time. My computer didn’t update either.
This is unusual behavior, to help us investigate:
Could you please record a short video showing the issue? Before recording, open Developer Tools (F12) and keep the Console tab visible while attempting to open a file.
Also, is this DocSpace Cloud or a self-hosted installation?
I did the video record but can’t put it here : “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”
I hope I did well with the Console, because nothing reacted when I clicked on the file.
