I opened a xls file and selected 4 cells. But Only Office could not make a sumautomatically.

I used another software to open the same xls file. The cells had exclamation mark and red spots on the top left. And the software said that “The figure is saved in text format.”

Then I clicked “CHECKING” and selected “Convert text into figure/number”. The figures made an average and sum automatically. I saved the file and closed it.

I used Only Office to opened the fils and selected the 4 cells.
Then it made an average and sum automatically.
