External links in spreadsheets in mobile app (android and ios) don't seem to work

Hi there,

I use onlyoffice on the Good Cloud (that’s a Dutch nextcloud instance)
It is version 8.2.3.6 if I’m not mistaken.

I mainly use it on my laptop, I have created several spreadsheets, I use my browser (firefox)

Some of these spreadsheets link to other spreadsheets.
These links are created like this:

Now, when I open this sheet in the browser I get a popup with which I can choose to either update or not update these external links. Everything works like a charm :slight_smile:

But, and here’s my problem: when I open the sheet in the mobile app (I tested android as well as ios), there is no popup, and the fields with the external links in them show “#VALUE!”

I cannot find any option to update these fields anywhere in the app, so I am wondering “is this even possible”??

Does anybody know more about this?

We have registered this as a feature request (internal track number 80329) and forwarded it to our development team.
The issue is planned to be fixed in one of the upcoming updates, but at the moment we can’t share an exact version/ETA.
We’ll let you know as soon as we have any news or progress on the fix.
