Errors with latin characters on sheets named range

Do you want to: Report a bug
I imported a sheet from a working sheet that I use for RPG character tracking, it was a google sheets that I exported as XLSL and imported to onlyoffice official server you can acess it here:

I’m slowly trying to fix the problems that were caused by this migration but one I couldn’t solve is the fact that I seem to not be able to use latin characters on ranges of named ranges

if I change the name of the sheet it can be saved

Nor can I use latin characters on the name of named ranges

Note that it was imported from an excel file and as an excel file it worked just fine when using ’ to surround the name and named ranges could use Latin characters.

Trying to use this style of range naming don’t work also on individual cells

But works if I remove the range limit (not that this limit is automatically placed this exact way when I try to edit the named range and select the merged cell via selection tool)

I have images showing all the problems but I cannot send them on the forum as I’m a new user… So I’m not able to provide good explanation of my problem sorry, if any admin can unlock this so I can edit my post and insert them would be awesome.

Hello @sousu

You should be able to provide screenshots now. In general, I’d recommend separating the topic into separate ones for each problem.

I don’t seem to be able to edit the post anymore so here are the screenshots

I have compiled them all on one issue because all of them are related to latin characters, none of the problems occur if not using latin characters and I can’t know if the underlying problem on the software is the same or not. I can be more thorough on new issues if provided information in this regard.

Thank you very much for all provided data. We will check the situation, then I will share the feedback.

Thank you for the patience. Indeed, QA team has confirmed that there is an issue with support of diacritic symbols in named ranges. The bug was registered on this situation and we are already working on it.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Once this issue is resolved, I will provide an update.
