When loading a PDF file and editing it, which involved adding a few TEXTBOXes to the document and saving it, elements of the document that were not affected by the editing were changed. This is an account statement, so I have blurred out sensitive data.
We would need a sample file where the issue can be reproduced. You can create a copy of your file, hide all the sensitive information using the Redact feature and provide this file to us. Also provide steps to reproduce the issue.
Thank you for providing the file. I have tried adding some text to it and haven’t noticed any changed values in the columns after saving it. Please record a video with steps to reproduce the issue.
We released new version 9.3 of Desktop Editors that brings more enhancements and improvements to PDF editing. The issue with missing data from this topic has been resolved.
