Error onlyoffice VPS / nextcloud NAS

I have nextcloud installed in my NAS DS220+ and onlyoffice installed in my VPS.
I cannot open un document onlyoffice : i get this message:”Echec du téléchargement Cliquez ok pour fermer l’éditeur”

Please share a screenshot of this error, also provide following information:

  • version of Document Server;
  • installation type of Document Server;
  • version of the connector app;
  • version of Nextcloud.

In general, please take a look at logs of Document Server for more information about the error. Logs are located in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver (same path in Docker container unless mounted).
