I am trying to download ZIP files of a particular folder and it fails.
It seems folders with less subfolders/files works OK but one large folder with 20 or more subfolders is creating an archive but when it gets to 100% I see an orange popup “NO open entry” and there is no ZIP file in the downloads folder.
Can I tune the maxmum download/upload zip file size using /etc/onlyoffice/documentserver/default.json
I have fixed this. It turns out there was ONE file called .old-data.swp, a SWP file from a VI editing sessipon and everytime the archive hit THIS I got the “no open entry” error. When I removed the .swp file, everything worked. SO, not sure if its “.” files generallyt that break the “download folder as” or .file.swp names… PLEASE CLOSE ticket
Thank you for the update. We’re glad to hear that removing the .old-data.swp file resolved the issue.
At the same time, this behavior looks unusual to us, so we would like to investigate it further. Could you please provide the following information, if possible:
the exact ONLYOFFICE product you are using and its version;
whether the same issue can be reproduced again with another test folder containing a .swp file;
the folder itself, or at least a minimal sample folder that reproduces the problem;
a short video showing the steps and the “no open entry” message, if you manage to reproduce it again.
This will help us check whether the issue is related specifically to hidden files or .swp files and try to reproduce it on our side.
