So, what I about to suggest is big, no small task. Also not an impossible task either. You see you already have some of the ARM CPU source code with the Documents Desktop application for Linux. I have the “OnlyOffice Desktop Desktop Editors” 9.4.0.129 installed on my Raspberry Pi 500+ running Raspberry Pi OS. Why not take that whole application and port it to Android as a Android Desktop application? Yes there would need to be a screen for the phone, and the Android desktop environments. It is possible, SoftMaker with TextMaker, a pay application, does it. TextMaker has a phone screen UI and an Android Desktop Environment UI. PLEASE! 
What I do miss with the current Documents application is the Tab to work on multi documents. This is a main reason I ask, a one stop editor! Or maybe multi Word Processing Documents for one app, the a spreadsheet app, a presentation app, a PDF app. The problem is not having access in real time, any one a program at a time. I have to close a document to do spreadsheet information, or any combination, to go from one editor to the next. One editor means, one working on has to be closed to switch editors. Thank You.
