Hello, OO 9.4.0.37 opens normally but won’t allow to work in any file. Returns error message (attached).
System is Zorin18, OO downloaded from snap. Yesterday worked fine, updated today and bugged.
Has anyone been facing this issue?

To investigate this issue, could you please clarify how exactly ONLYOFFICE was installed and updated via snap on your system (for example, the exact snap install/refresh command you used, the channel, or the source you installed it from).
Also, please attach a screenshot of the About window from ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors.
This information will help us check the environment and understand what build/package is currently installed on your side.
