Delay and input mistakes when using external Oneplus keyboard

For bug reports, provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
(1) Create or open a document in the OnlyOffice app from the Playstore.
(2) Type fast with the external keyboard attached to the tablet via pogo pins.
(3) Notice delay in keyboard input and text input showing on screen/mistakes when it comes to capitalization (shift + letter) in the form of printing non capital letters.

OS version: Android 15/OxygenOS 15
App version: 9.1.0
Mode: Connect to Cloud / On Device
Additional information:
I noticed that when typing with an external keyboard, the delay is pretty high which is uncommon for this tablet/keyboard. Furthermore, if you type faster than about 2 - 3 keys per second, the capitalization input often does not get recognized. I’ve noticed other reviews in the Playstore from users of different tablets pointing out the same thing.

To help us investigate this issue, could you please clarify which exact keyboard model you’re using with your OnePlus Pad 3?
It would also be very helpful if you could record a short video showing the delay and input behavior you described.

If the video file is too large to upload here, you can upload it to a third-party storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and share the link in your reply.

Hello Nikolas! Thank you for replying. My keyboard is the OnePlus Pad 3 Pogo Keyboard in the EU version (no bluetooth). The video attached shows that when tapping shift and a key that it isn’t a capitalized letter while that is the case in other applications. The delay is not very visible in the video but can be notized when typing in person.

Thanks for the video and details — yes, we see the input issues with keyboards. We’ve logged your report and are working on it.
Honestly, we’re doing our best, but I’m afraid a quick fix isn’t possible right now. As soon as it’s resolved, I’ll let you know right here.
