We have disabled custom color palettes for now. They do not work properly with current theme and require modification. We will discuss internally the query to add proper dark theme to the site.

We updated the theme of this community and now it enables option to select the mode (dark/light) or switch to automatic detection.
You can check out new appearance with the dark theme now. Thank you for the patience.
