When I try to view a document in the DocSpace, I get the ‘Connection Lost. Viewer Mode Enabled’.
But I still can’t see the file. It happens on both of my Android devices, but is fine on my PC.
I’ve tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstall, reinstall. Restarting in between.

It seems we have been able to reproduce the issue, but we need your confirmation on the scenario. Are you using DocSpace Cloud in this case, and does it only affect specific large files? Is the issue reproducible when you open the file locally from your device?
For me it happens on both local files, and the cloud files, even for small files.
The only file I could open without issue was a PDF. Any DOCX or XLSX I have the connection error message.

Could you please record a video file with your actions? Also we need a sample of file to take a closer look at it.
I got 11 .xlsx in a folder, in cloud. The largest is 53,68 kB. All give same message.
Above this folder I got some .docx and some .pdf.
Only .pdf works.
At least one of the .xlsx above is also stored On Device (same file but maybe edit content). That file works.

@mikael63 thank you for the video, you’re using DocSpace Cloud there as far as I understand.
