Comment créé une case a cocher sur le tableur

Bonjours a tous,

Bien cordilement
Esteban

Hey @Esteban,

Thanks for reaching out with your question about creating checkboxes in the spreadsheet editor! Just a quick note: Our forum primarily uses English or Chinese for discussions, so we’d really appreciate it if you could translate your post into English — it’ll help us (and the community) respond more effectively.

From what I can gather, you’re looking to build a table with options in rows and checkboxes (or similar) next to them for selection, then have a sum that recalculates based on what’s checked. I think I understand the idea, but to make sure I’m on the right track, could you share an example document showing what you’re aiming for? If possible, let us know where it was created (e.g., in another editor like Excel or Google Sheets). You can upload it here or send via private message if it contains sensitive info.

We do have some upcoming features in the works for the spreadsheet editor, including form controls like checkboxes and comboboxes, which should land in a new version soon (though we haven’t officially announced it yet). That might address exactly what you’re after! To help us align this with your needs, could you provide a more visual demo of your proposal (e.g., a screenshot, mockup, or video)?

Looking forward to your reply!

Thank you Nikolas for your reply.

No problem, I’ll switch to English. I hope I have the right vocabulary.

You have understood my needs perfectly.

I am therefore attaching a simplified document of what I would like.

This is a table representing mechanical assemblies consisting of several steel bars for the construction of a machining machine.

Prices are adjusted according to the selection of blue boxes. (The aim is to create a document that can be used by future customers to adjust their options to best suit their budgets). The orange box is not an option in itself but becomes mandatory when at least one of the two options just above it is selected.

The price is recalculated based on the various options, but I would like to go further on three main points:

1/ A simple checkbox instead of the blue boxes. Since this is an option, there are only two choices: either ‘with’ or ‘without’.

2/ I would have liked to be able to hide lines depending on whether the option is checked or not (see the two photos) in order to make the document much more readable and easier to navigate. I thought about creating a group, but I can’t automate its ‘grouping’ and ‘ungrouping’ based on the value of a box. So I’d be interested if you have any ideas.

3/ I see that unlike ‘PDF forms’, when you export a document like this, you can no longer choose from the options set in the sheet.
In my case, I would very much like to see the option in the future to export this type of document in a non-editable format, just like PDF forms, and therefore continue to be able to choose these options. (Although this is not possible to my knowledge via other spreadsheets, I think the option could be very welcome for many users).

The document was created directly in OnlyOffice.

Thank you in advance.

I am unable to attach the document, so I am sending it to you via Kdrive: spreadsheet simulation.xlsx

Hey @Esteban,

I’ll check with the team to see if form controls like checkboxes, comboboxes, listboxes, etc., are planned for upcoming ONLYOFFICE Docs releases, as I know some of these are in the works for editing scenarios.

I’ll also ask about possibilities for automating row hiding based on checkbox values and exporting interactive forms to PDF.

No promises on timelines yet, but I’ll get back to you as soon as I have updates. Thanks for the great feedback and ideas!

Many thanks for all your help.

Hey @Esteban,

Thanks for your kind words! We’re pleased to confirm that form controls (like checkboxes, comboboxes, etc.) are indeed planned for the spreadsheet editor in upcoming ONLYOFFICE Docs releases. Once implemented, you could use macros to automate row hiding/showing based on checkbox values, which would perfectly fit your dynamic pricing setup.

We’ll keep you posted on progress with the form controls — no timelines yet, but this is definitely on our radar!
Appreciate your patience! :hugs:
