Clarification about user licensing and session reset in ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise (on-premises Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment)

I am considering purchasing ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise to deploy on-premises in a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment.
On the pricing page (Prices for ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise | ONLYOFFICE), there is a note that says:

The specified number of users defines how many people can have access to editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. The number of documents that can be edited at the same time is not limited.
Other users will be able to open documents for viewing only.

Please note: ONLYOFFICE keeps a user ID for a period of 30 days. After that, you will be able to replace the user with a new one if necessary. If you share a document with external users, each of them receives a named user ID for a period of 30 days.

I would like to confirm whether this 30-day user ID retention policy also applies to the on-premises Enterprise version, or if it only applies to cloud deployments.

Additionally, if it does apply to on-premises installations, is there a way for administrators to manually clear or reset user sessions before the 30-day period (for example, to immediately free up user slots when needed)?

Thank you for your assistance and clarification.

Best regards,
Felix

Hello @gerhard.sitorus

The section Frequently Asked Questions on the mentioned page contains general information.
ONLYOFFICE Docs for on-premise installation is normally licensed under simultaneous connections, i.e. opened tabs with the editor. In that case ONLYOFFICE Docs counts the number of editor instances opened at a given time. If a user opens 10 tabs, then it’d be 10 simultaneous connections. If user closes 5 tabs of 10, then the count is instantly updated with 5 free slots. The maximum amount of the connections is defined by the license.

I hope it helps.
