Changes in Spreadsheets *Excel are not always saved, loss of data

This is unusual behavior and we need to take a closer look at it. Please provide us with additional information:
A. The exact product you’re using and its version.
B. If you’re using the desktop app, do you work with local files on your PC or the app is connected to some cloud portal?

In general, the Desktop app has ‘Recover files’ feature: How to recover unsaved documents in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors
And the Document server (self-hosted deployment) has the opportunity to restore files from ‘forgotten’ folder in the Admin panel if issues occur during saving to storage.
