Changes in Spreadsheets *Excel are not always saved, loss of data

I’m using OnlyOffice Excel Spreadsheets

I worked on a table for about 5 hours. The next day, only the beginning of the table remained—90% of my work was lost. This has happened several times over the past month.

During one of these sessions, there was a strange moment where I couldn’t edit the cells. The cell I was working in had red borders, and after about a minute, it returned to normal, and I could continue working. However, neither my work after that moment nor the previous work was saved.

Could this be a bug? Is there a way to prevent this or recover the lost data?

This is unusual behavior and we need to take a closer look at it. Please provide us with additional information:
A. The exact product you’re using and its version.
B. If you’re using the desktop app, do you work with local files on your PC or the app is connected to some cloud portal?

In general, the Desktop app has ‘Recover files’ feature: How to recover unsaved documents in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors
And the Document server (self-hosted deployment) has the opportunity to restore files from ‘forgotten’ folder in the Admin panel if issues occur during saving to storage.
