Cannot Export to PDF or Print from OnlyOffice Web App (Workspace CE)

Hello,

I’m writing to report an issue I’m encountering with the web application of OnlyOffice Workspace CE.
When I open a file from the web app, it’s impossible to save it as a PDF or to print it.

However, as the screenshots below will show, this bug does not occur when using the desktop application — generating a PDF or printing the document works perfectly in that case.

I’ve tried using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, but without success.

OnlyOffice Workspace CE is hosted on a Windows Server 2022 VM without Docker.

If you have any suggestions to investigate, I would be grateful to hear them.
