Cannot Export to PDF or Print from OnlyOffice Web App (Workspace CE)

I’m writing to report an issue I’m encountering with the web application of OnlyOffice Workspace CE.
When I open a file from the web app, it’s impossible to save it as a PDF or to print it.

However, as the screenshots below will show, this bug does not occur when using the desktop application — generating a PDF or printing the document works perfectly in that case.

I’ve tried using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, but without success.

OnlyOffice Workspace CE is hosted on a Windows Server 2022 VM without Docker.

If you have any suggestions to investigate, I would be grateful to hear them.

Sorry for the late reply.
I have checked the scenario on my Workspace server (DS v. 9.0.3, CS v.12.7), all things are OK, I’m able to print or save xlsx to pdf file.
Does the issue occur to all files on the Workspace or specific only? Could you please reproduce the issue from scratch and record a video file? Also please double-check that you’re using the latest Workspace components.

A few more things, please let us know your server OS and how exactly you installed the Workspace (please point me to the guide).
