Can xlsx be compared？

  1. How can a document be directly opened for comparison?

  2. How does xlsx compare?

Update:
I regret to say, but there’s no comparison feature for xlsx files. We have added your request to internal tracksystem (internal number - 63250). We have started working on it.

Can I directly open two documents for comparison? Currently, I need to manually enter the page for operation

Do you mean 2 files in two browser tabs? Yes, it’s possible.
As for situation in general, we are working on the mentioned suggestion already. I will update this thread when we have something to share.

I need to:

  1. Open onlyoffice
  2. Click on ‘Compare’ to select a file
  3. Display comparison results

I hope:

  1. When opening onlyOffice, the comparison results will be displayed directly

This is exactly the feature which we are going to add for xlsx files in the future. So far described mechanism works for docx files only: Comparing and combining documents - ONLYOFFICE
I will update this thread when we have any news about the same mechanism for xlsx files.

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, we’re still working on the implementation the mentioned feature to .xlsx and .pptx files. I have added your requests to these enhancements (internal tracknumbers - 63250 and 49755), and will notify you once we have something to share.
