Bus error when attempting to open/run onlyoffice in Linux terminal

In terminal I typed:
onlyoffice-desktopeditors

And got the output bus error.

I then did onlyoffice-desktopeditors, and got more output:

Bus error

Hello @hemfrain

Please provide more information about your environment:

  1. Type of OS and its version;
  2. Type of installation of Desktop Editors;
  3. Version of Desktop Editors.

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
onlyoffice-desktopeditors --version shows ‘bus error’ as output.
onlyoffice-desktopeditors doesn’t appear in ‘synaptic package manager’.

I installed it through snap.
Executing, ls -l /snap/bin, shows, onlyoffice-desktopeditors -> /usr/bin/snap.

snap list says 9.1.0

Thank you for the reply. Did you install it according to the guide?

By the way, if it was installed with snap, then you must use manager command snap run onlyoffice-desktopeditors to run it.

I’ve had the app installed for the past 2 years on my computer, and allowed Snap to auto update it.

snap run onlyoffice-desktopeditors

Gives the same output.

Please try reinstalling it. All necessary commands are available in the guide I’ve mentioned in my previous reply.

By the way, is your home directory is under /home mount?

I decided to go ahead and open the program, after doing a clone restoration on a different SSD, after my old one showed signs of decaying, and OnlyOffice was able to open.
Current version installed is: 9.2.1.43 (x64 Snap).
