Since the last update it isn’t possible to open a file within the cloud.
I only get the error “connection lost: view mode activated” and a white screen.
It happens with existing files and new created files.

I reinstalled the app and cleared the cache, for trouble shooting, didn’t worked.
Great news! The fix for the “connection lost: view mode activated” error is now live in the mobile app version 9.1 for iOS — you can grab it from the App Store right away.
For Android, it’s rolling out soon (currently in moderation; should be available this evening or tomorrow at the latest).
