Let’s try the following solution. My friend suggested launching the editor with GPU disabled using the following steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. insert

“%ProgramFiles%\ONLYOFFICE\DesktopEditors\DesktopEditors” --disable-gpu

  1. Press Enter
