Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce your problem.
Perhaps it’s the image in the document.
Can I ask you to provide the file where the printing issue occurs?

Hallo, I have found this thread. It is happening to me, with HP Laser Printers. Not with other printers. Using OnlyOffice Desktop in Fedora.

Thanks for chiming in and confirming the issue still exists.

To help us investigate this black-and-white printing problem on color printers (especially HP Laser ones), could you please provide as much detail as possible?

  • Exact printer brand, model, and how it’s connected (USB / network)?
  • Which driver are you using (e.g., HPLIP, manufacturer’s proprietary driver, cups driver, etc.)?
  • ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors version and installation type (Flatpak, .deb, AppImage, etc.)?
  • Your Linux distribution and version (Fedora XX)?

If possible, a short video showing the printing process on two different printers (one that prints in color correctly and one that only prints in B&W) would be extremely helpful.

Hi there, i got same problem too, i used Zorin OS 17.3. My printer is Epson L11050 series
