As for the question – may I know versions of all Workspace components you are using? You can find them in Control Panel > Updates. Also, it’d be nice to see a screenshot with a toolbar that you want to hide for a better understanding.

Of which product? You see, Workspace cannot be itself of this version, thus I’d like to know which is being used. Is that Desktop Editors?
