Please provide more information:
- versions of all Workspace components (you can find them in Control Panel > Update);
- installation type of Workspace (Docker, DEB/RPM packages, EXE/MSI);
- OS of the server, where Workspace is installed.
Also, please specify under which conditions this error has appeared – did you try to restore some data?
