After update Docs Server to 9.1.0.1 it crashes

Upgrade Docs Server from 9.0.4.1 to 9.1.0.1.
Looks like it’s ok - I can get files list in web browser.
I try to open any spreadsheet and server crashes (in tab with files list background become gray).
After some seconds become back “norm white” again but spreadsheet not opened.

To help us get to the bottom of this:

  1. Could you share the Document Server logs?
  2. If possible, could you record a short video showing the issue? Please include the browser’s developer panel (open it with F12 or right-click > Inspect > Console tab) to capture any errors. It’s tough to diagnose from the description alone.
  3. Did everything work fine with version 9.0.4.1 before the update?

You can upload logs or the video to a service like DocSpace/KDrive/etc. and share the link. :wink:
