Hello Team! Please consider adding the comments/notes in the annotations section. It will definitely help those who prefer to review their notes quickly, especially when working with a PDF file. As you already know, the comments button is the one available for now. Keep up the good work!

If I understand correctly, you’d like annotations and notes to be displayed in the left Comments panel alongside regular comments, so all remarks can be reviewed in one convenient place — similar to the behavior in the PDF editor shown in your screenshot.
To better evaluate your request, could you please let us know which PDF editor app you used in the screenshot? This will help us understand the exact workflow you’d like to see implemented.
