Add the ability to change the orientation of an entire table

When you insert a table into a document, you have to set left, center, or right orientation before you begin. Once the table is created, you can’t change the orientation of the entire table. I tried to cut a table, change the orientation, then paste the table back in, and it pasted to its original orientation.
