Sorry but with Safari I was not able to add description in the post itself. I would be great install Desktop App from the MS Store for small organizations. I wonder if there are licensing or store fee issues.

My suggestion is to add OnlyOffice Desktop to the Microsoft Store like OnlyOffice mobile apps on the Apple Store and Google Play store.
The advantage is, especially for small organizations, like mine.
Apps on official stores look more reliable, and it’s easier to convince the management about their adoption than of Microsoft Office.
Moreover, software updates are in the background and even more straighforward than check at opening.
There are other office suites on MS Store, so probably there aren’t big issues doing that.
