# Whenever I print using OnlyOffice on Mac, the printout looks blurry. This doesn't happen with other software

**Question:**
Is it some information that OnlyOffice is sending to the printer (HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3516) that is causing the printing problem?

Alexandre,
Thank you again for your attention, but please hold off for now, as the printer has started showing issues during other tests.
The problem arises whenever there are tables, bold text, or other non-standard formatting. Although I used the HP Utility to clean and align the printheads, the color cartridge doesn’t seem to be aligning with the black one; when I removed the color cartridge and printed using only the black one, the output was normal—meaning there was no blurring.
I’m going to take the printer to a service center and will post a summary here later.

Hi @alexandre
It wasn’t necessary to take the printer to a service center; I removed both cartridges, reinstalled them, and realigned the printer.
That solved the problem.
What confused me was that—as you can see in the test summary from the previous post—printing the file yielded different results in certain situations.
I believe it’s resolved now.
