Do you mean this one? [Community Document Server - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud](https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/documentserver_community)  
If so, please note that we can’t troubleshoot it. This app was created by Nextcloud team (they used old build of Document server and changed source code). We have description of the situation here: [Community Document Server app in Nextcloud 18](https://forum.onlyoffice.com/t/community-document-server-app-in-nextcloud-18/268)  
We recommend to use the latest official version of Document server.
