When opening a PDF it would be great if you could view the dimension of the PDF in mm. In Adobe Acrobat it shows when you have your cursor in the left bottom corner.

May I ask you to provide a screenshot for the reference? By the way, is there any setting that controls which unit is used in named viewer?
Look at the lower left corner of the document. When you move your mouse cursor around that area the dimension shos. If the window is small it will show the dimensions constantly in the bott list (left side)
I am not sure if there are any settings for the units but I can check tomotrrow.
