# Ubuntu Install - Welcome works, healthcheck 502 error

Document Server version: 8.3.0-94

OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Browser version: Chrome 132.0.6834.196
Additional information: I can get to /welcome, but /healthcheck gives 502 error. Demo server works at /example, but opening any file in the demo server it opens the new tab but never finishes loading the editor. I am using nginx. It was working last night, but I went to bed and woke up this morning with this issue.
Any relevant details about the situation. If you’ve modified configuration files or are using a proxy server that might affect the situation, please mention it. You can also attach images and videofile to the post (or to place them to external storage)

nginx log is not enough, we would need to see all the logs from the above-mentioned folder (you can send them via PM if you like)
Additionally, please reproduce the issue and send us the screenshot of DevTool’s Console and Network tabs content
Also, if I understand correctly, you are using nginx proxy?
Please provide your nginx proxy’s config

I was able to get passed the error - there was a missing comma in my local.json file which I added and now healthcheck passes. Thanks nevertheless for your help!
