UPD: We have registered a bug 81438 on this behavior for further investigation. Once any news comes up, I will let you know.

Most of the adjustments will be available in version 9.5 of Desktop Editors. Current version 9.4 contains just a few, which may not change the behavior globally, but you can give it a try.
Once 9.5 gets released, I will additionally post here.
