test7 b2.xlsx (14.8 KB)
This spreadsheet has the following issues:
-
When I open the spreadsheet, the warning appears, but the link is not found.
-
If I insert a row above the last row, the values in the last row will be “#NUM!”.
-
After I overwrite and close the spreadsheet, If I reopen it then the values in previous rows will be “#N/A”.
I use desktop editors 9.0.4.50 (x64 exe).
Hello @nishigaki
Apparently there is 1, or it was there:
This is just a visual quirk, but will take a closer look at it.
I was unable to reproduce this one. Do you open attached spreadsheet locally from the device or your Desktop Editors are connected to DocSpace cloud and file originally stored there?
Hello @Constantine
About external link warning.
In Excel, since the link does not exist in any cell, it does not appear in the external links list and cannot be deleted. On the other hand, in desktop editors, is it the specification that links not referenced from a cell are displayed?
About “#NUM!” and “#N/A”.
I opened the spreadsheet from the local device.
This is the recording. ONLYOFFICE
Possibly we are using different versions of MS Excel for tests, but I can see the link there too:
Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, performing the exact same steps did not produce the issue with #N/A in my case. In one of your other topics I’ve suggested to reinstall Desktop Editors with the MSI installer for Windows 11, did you have a chance to do that? Is this screen recording made after the reinstallation?
Hello @Constantine
I use MS excel 2019(japanese), I can’t click a edit links button. Is this a problem with my MS Excel?
I’ll try the msi installer once I’ve finished testing the other issue.
However, when I tried this in Docs, adding a row displayed “#NUM!” and “#N/A.” ONLYOFFICE
Unfortunately, I do not know. It works for me with Excel from Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2508 Build 16.0.19127.20192).
We keep checking the issue.
Hello @Constantine
Since it works in newer versions of Excel, I believe this is a change in Excel’s specifications and the warning issue is resolved.

Hello @Constantine
I look forward to the fix.
In Docs too.
We have just released version 9.1 of the editors. Update for ONLYOFFICE Docs is available already, but for Desktop Editors it will be published a bit later.
Please await the update and check the situation again.
Thanks @Constantine
I tried 9.1.0.167 (x64 exe) from ONLYOFFICE desktop and mobile apps | ONLYOFFICE.
No.3 is solved! but No.2 still occur.
DocSpace Cloud is currently at v9.0.4, so the situation is the same.
ONLYOFFICE DocSpace v.3.2.1
ONLYOFFICE Docs v.9.0.4.50
Thank you for the feedback. We keep working on it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
@nishigaki, we have updated editors in DocSpace to the version 9.2 and the issue number 2 – last row displays #N/A after inserting a row above – has been fixed. Please check it out and share a feedback.
NB: Desktop Editors will be updated shortly.
Thanks! @Constantine
I was able to check it in DocSpace. I’ll wait for the Desktop Editors to update.
