So, from what I can gather the spreadsheet uses points for row height and symbols for width… While this may be the standard for all programs, is it possible to change the units to cm or inch? I know excel can do that, and I much more often use cm than symbols… and I have no idea how many symbols there is to a cm.
And if it can’t, I really suggest it should be able to.
Can anyone help?

I would prefer the option for mm/cm too. In MS Excel i have done some templates for e.g. Lables and got some from printable Lable distributors. With OnlyOffice i cant use them anymore because the messurement of the cells does not fit anymore.
